What about living grief?

Living grief is an area that affects all of us at one time or another, yet it’s not treated with compassion. It can be the loss of a relationship, retirement, job, house, lifestyle due to illness/cancer or loss of a body part from this. If you’d like to host a class or work individually with me, please contact me.
